Trauma & EMDR Therapy in Las Vegas, Nevada
Therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, overwhelm and burnout
Compassionate, trauma-informed online therapy to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control
Therapy That Goes Beyond Managing Symptoms
Hi! Im Courtney Jordan. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing virtual, trauma-informed therapy for adults throughout Nevada. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout and substance use concerns, and I incorporate EMDR therapy when appropriate.
Many of my clients are professionals, caregivers, veterans or helpers who carry a great deal of responsibility and are used to pushing through stress without space to process its impact. Over time, this can show up as chronic anxiety, burnout, emotional reactivity, or coping patterns that no longer feel sustainable.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and includes EMDR when appropriate. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured and practical, focusing on addressing root causes rather than just managing symptoms. I believe meaningful change happens when the nervous system feels safe enough to move out of survival mode.
I work exclusively with adults and offer virtual therapy only, allowing for flexibility, privacy, and accessibility while maintaining depth and clinical integrity. If you’re looking for therapy that respects your strengths while supporting real, lasting change, I invite you to contact me to schedule a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
How I Can Help
Trauma & EMDR Therapy
Support for adults experiencing trauma, PTSD, distressing past experiences, or patterns that continue to affect daily life. EMDR may be incorporated when appropriate to help process experiences that feel stuck.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
Therapy for chronic anxiety, worry, emotional overwhelm, perfectionism, and feeling constantly “on”. Treatment focuses on understanding patterns, building regulation skills, and creating sustainable change.
Burnout & Life Stress
Support for professionals, caregivers, veterans, and others who have spent a long time carrying responsibility while putting their own needs aside. Therapy can help address burnout, boundaries, identity, and the impact of prolonged stress.
